I cant help but wonder what currently unknown elements must be getting created inside a star that large. Even the Blue hypergiant must be fusing some incredible compounds in there

There's so much out there we have no clue about, seriously.  I mean, the cure for a disease we haven't even ever thought about could be out there. Even an infinite source of energy perhaps.  I mean the possibilities are endless.
