If I smoked something and thought I was going to hell because of it (which I wouldnt think that) I would want to stay alive longer not kill myself to make me go there faster.
Theres gotta be other issues.
But the brainwashing and religion obviously doesnt help anything.

Did anyone investigate the preacher or priest(sorry I could not help myself) He had issues long before that day, that is for sure. He probably got high and and found out he was gay and we all know what the church says about that. As for the gun comments(being that I grew up in that state) I had guns by the age of 16(I hunt)and so do a lot of others but it is clear that he should not have had access to them. I think it was the church and his family that probably had the influence of his decisions.

I am sorry for my post it was in poor taste with the joke at the beginning, and I should not have said the family was part of the problem, but I do think that his religious beliefs probably had triggered something in his head to make him say he was going to hell and then take that final step to get there

Ya I think your onto something there, It was probably the bullshit religious beliefs jammed into his head day and night from birth that made him think he was a tool of the devil because he was smoking that shit.  another idiot falls for the fairy tale.....

Sounds like the world is in a better place because of this. Unless his parents decide to fill the void by having more children. Then it'll be a few steps back. Some people only set civilization back. also, heaven and hell are only states of mind.
