Already did that. I am clearly being ignored 
I described how it should not be a site wide ban. I mean
why should I have gotten banned site wide for something like
that?? Ive givin that damn site money and they cant even reply to
a support ticket?? Terrible.

I think they are trying to run a business and they realize it is good for business to have a more adult-oriented, user-friendly site that doesnt tolerate harassment.
While I agree that the bans are often excessive in length, it probably helps the overall growth of the community
