 Anyone know about fedex next day?

So, I'm ordering some shit from a website that only allows fedex next day (fortunately theres a code you can use for $20 off, which is about the price of the next day delivery).
Anyway, if I put my order in tomorrow, will they do a Sunday delivery? Or should I wait until Sunday to place an order so its delivered on Monday? Or, should I wait until Monday and get it Tuesday?
 I've never had anything next-day'd.
