While hiking yesterday, trying to bend a small tree out of the way that was shading a plant late in the day, I fucking bailed and sprained my wrist...  
It's quiet around here in the morning. I don't get it, I'm a huge stoner and I wake up early?

brutal! i woke up late today lol, usually up by 7:30 
yesterday i got a "spingym" in the mail, it's tottally sweet,
and i was showing someone all the different angles you can use it at and
with one solid pull, i dislocated my shoulder
never try to excersize with your arms crossed lol, nice jam

Yeah dude I woke up ealy here too, fucking weird. Usually up at noon, but today I woke up at 8:00am for no reason.

Alright it's a terrible picture and for some reason the bruising isn't really showing up (I never bruise which is odd) but whatever, at least you can see the lump up top where my wrist definitely should not be that fatty right there. There's nothing I can do so I really don't care. I just feel like complaining lol

I hurt my wrist snowboarding months ago, and its still hurts if I put weight on it... Hurt wrists FTL.

damn man, that sucks. Hopefully it'll heal with time and maybe some alternating ice/heat applied to it.

Thanks, yeah I just took a super long hot bath, I can actually bend it now. Gonna ice it soon. I am realllllllllllll bored right now.
