Click the little F in the blue bubble. Paste the location of the video in (I assume youtube?)

Edit2: Yeah, if its youtube you can just paste the URL in and it auto does it. For me anyway. Or, use [ flash ] URL HERE [ /flash ] minus the spaces obviously :P
