I've only been caught with weed twice but they only took it once. The other time they were arresting me for prescription forgery...So the guy felt bad for me and let me go.

damn, they let you off for the herb, not the rx forgery, right?  pls dont sever my penis. i hope to reproduce at some point. That reminds me i have been wanting to donate some sperm just in case something bad happens.
I voted 2x. busted 2x booked and processed 2x. 2 diversion programs in two different states and now im in a new one. When i was caught the second time they didn't do a country wide search on me so they saw i didn't have a record and let me do a diversion program. that was a fucking joke. it's like after you get busted for it they try to rebrainwash you with more propaganda as a 'diversionary tool'. shit makes me fucking sick.

Yea they let me keep my gram that I had which was cool cause when I got out I had a little bud to tie me over for a day until I found more...But they weren't that bad on the rx forgery because the guy knocked down the charge from fraud to attempted possession...He thought I was going to work with west alabama narcotics I think but he later found out I wouldn't. So he basically gave me 1 year of a deferred sentence as long as I pissed clean...I always just shove a bottle with clean urine between my legs though.

I was busted for a joint when I was 17. Convicted of a misdemeanor at 18, bummer.
At 50 something Got busted for growing shrooms.You poll only ask about pot.

The only time I got close to being charged was in a parking lot where i was smoking and when I saw the 5-0 rolling up I threw the bowl out the window and my buddy tried to eat the weed and dropped it on the ground so there were like 2 nice 1g nugs on the carpet and the cop searched the car and left the nugs and told up we should vaccum up the "shake"
lol, that was a close one, he even looked up my nose and I had just railed 2 kpins
