August 2009 Picture of the Month nominations
Each month we nominate the best pictures (you, me, anyone can nominate).
Simple really, and good clean fun for all who love good cannabis photography.
Three contest rules:
1. Original cannabis-related pics only
2. First posted here during August 2009
3 No self-nominations. . . . . .
Please include a thumbnail linking to a bigger picture, a description of the picture, the name of the pic's owner, and a link to the thread it's from.

how about em? are these pictures you took and posted this month for the first time? I remember seeing some great looking purple bud you posted months ago - not either of those pictures though. and shit, i could be wrong, but i thought you started a thread called ATL purps or something similar.
Do you have a link? Can't be considered officially nominated without the link(s).

no worries man. I gave one (or maybe two) of those pics the nom last month. You can go back to see the results if you like. Also, I have started a POTM archive in my journal. At some point I will transfer it to this thread so hopefully it can be stickied so everyone can just go to one place to view the results of each month's voting.

Uh I don't know if I can nominate my own pictures or even insert more than one picture but nevertheless I'd like to share these with you guys...
The hairy little buds is some kind of kush.... "afro" kush hahahah... Mug shot and a close up shot in the bag.
The bag with the yellow zipper is Sensi Star... which is the same as the buds layed out on the glass platter...
These are the only ones of the pics that I have an idea what they are... the pic with the sherlock is some kind of medi-kush... a sweet tasting, potent smoke. The nug that is suspended in the air, foggy shot, is some regular chicago dro, I liked how the pic came out even though it's foggy so I just threw it in for kicks.

just start a new thread in this forum with all those pictures and if they're pretty enough then someone will nominate you 
Also, we prefer if you host the images on the Growery server to minimize the amount of off-site linkage that we generate. ya know, that whole low profile thing
