Quarter, yes, I actually have, but I probably handed out a couple grams to some friends so it was most definitely not a full quarter. Half? Gladly, I answer with a 'no'.
But what I meant to say was that I am used to seeing sacks of those weights, not necessarily doses with the mentality of dosing them. Because my friend used to push mush, I would inadvertently be witness to sacks ranging from, and in increments of eighths, eighths, quarters, halves, etc.
