Got the day off. I'm making pot roast with potatos and carrots; slow cooked in a crock pot. The seasoning is lipton onion and mushroom soup powder. The shit that comes in the box. It's gonna be gooooood. I'll post some pics of the finished product. Yummy!

Sounds so good, I think tonight we may go out unless it is storming to bad. Can't wait to see that roast though, its been a while sense I got to enjoy a good pot roast.

Soup with too many things in it... waiting for it to cool for my lunch/dinner.... ok I'll show you a pic to let it explain.... yup rice lentils barley veggies some herbs to taste (+rosemary) peas peppers and thats about all of it.

Looks healthy and tasty. I try to cook as much as possible. Shit is expensive though. For what I paid for the roast, carrots, potatoes, and seasoning packets I could have taken the family out for some Chinese. I try to eat healthy though. Only eat out once a week or so. My mom gave me a lot of advice, the only thing that stuck was "if you treat you're body right when you're young, it will treat you good when you get old. I don't want to be riding around on a scooter with a fucking oxygen tank. LOL

Here it is, but what do you expect from slow cooked vegies and pot roast. Shit was good though. Roast was tender and the carrots were great. Even my picky daughter liked it. SHOCKING!

A lot of restraunts don't put MSG in their food anymore. Here in Texas there is a Chinese food place on every damn corner in the city where I live. I love Chinese food. Especially the Orange Chicken. Yummy.

I am one of few who generally don't like pizza. The exception is canadian bacon with pineapple. I also like the $1 Totinos pizzas from walmart. Other than that I hate it. Kind of funny because my wife loves all Italian food, but I hate it. She also hates Chinese food but I love it. I could eat it every day. hahaha, I could also eat pussy every day. That aint happening though.

I just ate a couple of pounds of red meat. Very red.  I had ribeyes and a flaming grill. I cooked them in the flames until the outside was charred and the inside still running blood. That is how I like them best.  Cooked enough for two days of leftovers.
