Because I sat up all night on 4-19 waiting till 12:00am on 4-20 to register to this sight only to find I couldn't complete my registration due to computer malfunction!

I reg'd on 4/20 and still don't have a rating!? I'm the only one without a rating. I think its a conspiracy, or maybe its all this damn schwag ive been smoking.
