im spending way too much and im drinking way too much. theres also a baby on the way, 5 weeks, and i dont want to be that dad. theres random times where im out or at the house and wont have a beer in my hands and people will question me.
with out a beer in my hand is like some one else with out pants. im also drinking at work now. not a lot, just a beer on break and our lunch.

It's good that you aren't denying anything, and that you're trying to better yourself. It can be hard for us to break our habits and routines.
I'm going through the same thing with bud right now. I'm so used to smoking at certain times throughout the day that it's stressful when I don't have it.

ive got a year from booze on may 23rd... im so much healthier... before my skin was really pale, was 20 pounds heavier than i am now, liver/kidneys were shot... etc etc...
