never come riding in So-cal lol. I live right next to what is called pacific coast highway. Speed limit is 50 but people act like its a freeway and go 60+. Then there is the ocean so people are distracted as all hell, and in many parts there are parked cars so there is little to no shoulder. Despite all this its extremely popular for cyclists and these guys will pull into a car lane without even looking behind them. The only places I have ridden are where there is an enormous shoulder and theneven that is frightening
