Hahhaaha I had a friend ask me that the other night about how I held the bong. It made me really laugh. I had to think about it because I wasn't sure.
My bong has ice pinches, so I usually hold it by the neck. But I have a beaker style which I hold at the base.
I just wanted to make the thread to let you know the phrase really, because most people probably change it up depending on the bong anyway, but I guess you can post how you hold it :P It was more to pass the phrase on so you can have a good joke for your next session haha.

Depending on how delicate the piece is, I'll usually grab the shaft.
A lot of the pieces i smoke from have multiple sections held by clips so i have a grab the shaft and cup the balls at the same time.
