Yeah, I wish I would have taken a sample, but you know, my cup was running over at the time, and I had more than I could deal with...
I'm going to be more prepared next time.
So I dried that first flush, and I came out with 11.675 ozs. of freshly grown mushrooms.
Plus I had some stragglers in that tub that I picked today, another 399.99 wet grams.
My first tub is starting to pin again.
Should last a while...

That is seriously one of the best small set ups and executions. Ive ever seen man ive, really been wanting to start growing but the last 2 times i tried i just got contams right after they start showing rizomorphic activity. Do have any tips you can loan out? Or a better showing of your set up ?

I can surely give you some tips.
If you're going to be growing for the FIRST time, head on over to the shroomery and check out the PF TEK.
Don't try and change it as you see fit. Just do it as it says.
Use a pressure cooker (15 psi). You can actually just steam boil the brf/verm cakes with a pot.....but a pressure cooker is strongly recommended because it will kill many bacteria/mold spores that a standard pot of boiling water will not.
Use a STERILE glove box when inoculating your jars.
Tyvek filters are free at your local post office. 
Use self-healing silicone inoculation holes.
Lysol/Oust is your friend!
Flame your syringe's needle until red hot, following with an alcohol wipe before inoculating EVERY hole.

just picked another 550.85 wet grams out of my tubs...
they just keep poppin up over night and through out the day.
The shroom godz are smiling down on me with this one...

To tell you the truth, I've had my share with contams, I just learned that "CLEAN" is good. Can't be clean enough when you start you procedures.
You need to have everything laid out in order of use, keep a clean work area, clean house, clean room, you get the point?
My set up is as easy as it gets... I just have one cool mist humidifier hooked up to two 45 gallon tubs. (3) one inch holes stuffed with polyfill in the back for air flow...
cool mist runs 24/7 after incubation... NO PEEKING!!! Let that shit do it's thing... no need to worry about it. If you made it through incubation without contams, then you should be fine as long as you severely sterilized your cool mist... I mean with BLEACH
I do pasteurize my substrate with a bulk steamer tek that I found on the shroomery message boards. This is so easy and you can pasteurize a shit load of substrate, or casings, which ever you may be working with at the time.

These are modified monotubs... but with hands free fresh air exchange and misting.
You have to remember, everytime you have to open those lids to fan, or mist, your allowing contams a chance to get in and ruin your hard work.
I know I have had my fair share with ruined grows due to contams... getting all the way to fruiting stage and them it hits... not fun at all.
As far a cleaning, I use what works for me, full strength bleach is an excellent way to clean the impeller parts of a cool mist. then chase with an alcohol bath. I do use alcohol to sanitize my areas, tools, tubs, etc etc.
I devote most of my time to my cleaning to my areas I'll be working in. Since taking these measures to make sure things are clean, I've had very few contams causing my failure.
So to each his own...
I'll post my next grow, I am doubling my set up... we'll see what happens.

nice man, you seem like you know what you're doing.
i do have one thing to point out/ask though....you're talking about misting/fanning a non-fully-colonized tub of myc...but thats unnecessary. when youre just letting it colonize, all you need to do is let it colonize, no need for anything else.
when fully colonized and fruiting conditions are needing to be met (FAE, Misting, etc), the chances of contamination are next to zero.
but either way, what you're doing seems to work for you, so my input on your specific grow is far from necessary.
the only serious advice i could give to you would to be, next time you grow...definitely clone...definitely. youll get wwaayyy better pinsets AND the qualities of the specific mushroom you are cloning.

Yeah, I kick myself for not cloning the nice big shrooms I had... oh well... next time.
I did however take a nice print... just for my file.
My next grow is going to be Texas Goliad.
They have the tendencies to fruit large.
