Welcome brother!
I am not an expert at this by any means, but the leaf in the first picture looks like either Zinc Def. or Sulfur Def. Also the curling up on the leave tips could be a temp/light issue. Maybe temps to high or light too close and is burning them abit. Let when of the "Trusted Cultivator"s give you an opinion on top of mine, they are really helpful and know their shit. Hope I was at least right on something for ya. Jah Bless!

Do you have a readout on your tap water? I'm curious if you are having issues because of that high PPM starting point.

Not sure exactly but I would say magnesium, zinc and/or iron, when looking at the chart.
The foliar spray I use covers all that, as those are very common deficiencies. Humboldt Nutrients Verde works amazing for my plants.
If you have thrips you NEED spinosad (montereys garden spray) and it will take care of them quickly and efficiently. Read this thread that I made about it.

They look heat stressed to me by the way the leaf edges and tips are curling up. Growing medium and ambient temperature reaching above 80F will cause plants not to be able to transpire, as well as lockout nutrients and retard/stall growth. Leaves will curl up in an attempt to transpire as much water as the plant can, but is having trouble doing so becsuse the temperature is too high. The plant can use up to 70% of it's energy doing this. I also feel that 1300 ppm worth of nutrient solution is a little high.
I'd back the lights up a bit until the temperature is 72-75F at the canopy of the plants while the lights are on. I'd also not go over 900 ppm with the nutrient solution. I wouldn't start looking at those plants as if they were toxic or deficient in nutrients until the environment is dialed in correctly and the leaf issues persisted.
