I thought that episode was pretty funny, myself. 
The episode that pissed me off was the one where the cop pulls over a guy in a van for not signaling a turn and finds about half a roach in the ashtray. he actually arrests the guy, handcuffing him even, and acts like he saved the world.

I saw a video a while back of some cops taking a bunch of bicycles for no reason. The bikes were the locals' and were all chained up and they brought a truck to take them. can't find it now, though.
