It really does sometimes. Maybe even a lot of times, depending on the person and situation.
For the longest I've just been...existing. Not living. Time has been going by me at frightening speed. And I just don't feel good anymore. Only time I have a good time anymore is when I'm drinking or tripping. I have crippling insomnia. Constant back pain. I'm perpetually tired and weak. Also I have this ever present black cloud hovering over me -- where I'm always thinking the worst is going to happen to me or those I love. This existential dread that is always present. Like the fucking grim reaper following me or something. There's something seriously wrong with me.

Damn bro sorry to hear you havin a hard day if its any consolation i can go from zero to 99 pretty quick, i have a whole pile of burnt bridges because of it. Its weird though how we punch things to release rage. I heard someone yelling at their dog just yesterday from a good kilometre away, fully angry at the dog because it wasnt obeying his command. I was like wow, that dude is mega raging rn. Im more of a destroyer of things than a yeller. Havent been to that place in a long time though.. i tend to walk away before i get into the 90s. People are my trigger though so probably why i chill on my own so much.

Well I punch things now because I am completely alone and I have literally nowhere to put the overflowing emotion. It gets to a point where it HAS to manifest...and it's not an everyday thing. I just lost my shit because I may lose the one person I have left and want to get to. I don't know how much longer I can take being 100% alone.
Edit:I also get crazy sometimes when I stop being on the go all the time because when I stop I think. When I think I hurt. For a split second sometimes I'll think "I should go visit dad." Or "I want to take my brother to the mall" then I realize I can't and it's just too much....people usually at least have one family member left they can lean on. I don't.

Aloneness and Loneliness are not the same but we think of them as being the same. Sounds like you are both right now.
Isolation is one of the worst things a human can experience. We are social creatures. That is why they use solitary confinement as a punishment in prisons. So if you are alone and isolated from loved ones then it would be totally normal to not be ok with that situation.

When it showed the preview of the document I just resized it on my screen and took screenshots and sent those in as my resume to get the job lol

I think they usually have free resume templates online that will work for most word processors like LibreOffice Writer (Link to How_To import MS Word templates into LibreOffice Writer). Once you fill it all in, you can export to pdf for uploading.

Depends on what you're doing.
For bitcoin, it takes shitloads of hash power to get a minuscule amount of profit. Most hobby-level miners can't compete with the big ASIC farms.
For other coins, the mining algorithms may be ASIC resistant, meaning that mining is more competitive with GPUs. Additionally, newer coins are easier to mine and require much less power to make a good amount of coin.
I take the lazy route and rent out my hash power through a 3rd party client. So more active, informed miners can use my GPUs to make more money than I am, but I get paid a cut in bitcoin.
Also, I have solar panels which completely offset the increase in electricity usage (they came with the house I bought earlier this year).

I sleep 8-14 hours a day, night. Im always tired. I quite often sleep for 3-4 days in a row. Only getting up to shit and piss. My body doesnt respond well to being horizontal for that long. My hips end up keeping me awake they get so sore i have to constantly toss and turn. I just lay there fatigued as fuck.
Sleeping my misery away.
Im much better when i only get seven hours. I used to do 28 days on 7 off, 12 hour shifts, nightshift. It wrecked me big time. I think i aged 10 years over a six month period. Worst time of my life. Now i only work for myself or people i like and its always voluntary, no money. Helping people is very rewarding in itself.
Deep sleep is what you want. Im a light sleeper. My ears dont turn off enough or something. I was told i have super-human hearing by an audiologist once. Maybe she said above average and im just miss remembering.
Sleep is very important though kids.

I got an offer to be flown out to oregon to do some trimming for a relative. He mentioned staying there for like a month, but I can't imagine that'd be necessary...he doesn't have that many plants.
Roughly, how long would it take to do a big hefty plant?
Or, about how many hours per pound?
It'd be dry by the time I got up there...no wet trimming.

I've never done dry trimming, only wet.
I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so I'm probably biased toward the more time-consuming end, but I could usually do 1/4 to 1/2 lb (once cured) in 4 hours or so, with breaks for my back to rest and the periodically clean the trimming equipment.
I'm sure someone with larger or more consistently run gardens could provide a more accurate estimate.

I guess I don't even know what condition the stuff will be in.
They're cutting plants down now, and I'd be flying out there in December...so I assume they'd be dried, and cured by then...but I don't know enough about that process to know for sure.
I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist too.
4 hrs for about 1/2 lb, though huh? Damn...that's a lot more time consuming than I'd expected.
I've never done this before, so it'd probably take me even longer until I got the hang of it.

Yea if its multiple lbs to trim, you'll probably get much faster than I am pretty quickly.
There are a lot of instructional videos on hand trimming, but you'll probably get a crash course once you get there.

IME trimming just an LB with another person can take a few hours / better half of a day
Month sounds fair, maybe, maybe theres other labor around it to keep the lights on? a month of trimming is a lot

I've done both but I only do wet in recent years. I did it dry once in high school. It sucks cos a lot of the fan leaves will get stuck to the bud making it extremely difficult and time consuming to do a proper trim
Edit: also, nose hair scissors is legit the best scissors for fine trimming in my opinion.

so "Fiskars" or whatever the ripoffs are often even better, they're just needle tip trimmers most growers own one or two
and then something like pliers or regular sharp scissors for the woody "branch" parts
I'm willing to bet 50c in BTC that he's already chopped the biggest parts so you don't need a hacksaw or anything

Hey wear gloves!!! Maybe maybe get a small thing of isopropyl and a box of disposable gloves. The iso is good for wiping off your trimgers and then its good for your fingers and you can save that rabbit turd ball of stuff and smoke it if you don't get too many beard hairs in it like i always do aahahaaha

Those needle tip trimmers you posted the picture of are what I had in mind, but I like spirit_shadow's idea with the curved blades too...gonna get a few pairs of each. Definitely iso alcohol, and maybe gloves.

I've used every form of cutting tool mentioned and the nose hair trimmers BY FAR outclass the rest, the others are only really good for cutting off small branches and big leaves

That's fine I no longer care about $. Might be breaking up with the girl I was planning to move to uk and marry. I have been going through so much all alone past 2 years and there isn't even a set goal date in sight to even fucking see each other anytime soon so fuck it all. I NEED companionship. So today was crazy for my first day. For starters what they trained me on in orientation is not where they put me today. Second, apparently only the lead person of that whole department and one other lead guy who is on covid leave knows anything about the area I was put on....must have been why they put me there lol. Third, I learned more about how to perform advanced maintenance on one of the robots because it kept fucking up ALL day than I did my actual job I swear, so I ended up asking the technician what he was doing each step as he did them cos I get bored fast if I have nothing to do(literally over 5 hours of maintenence on that bitch today). But now I know how to change shit and calibrate the fuck out of it lmao. The last part went smooth so I hope tomorrow goes smooth. If everything is running at 100% all I really have to do is watch the machines and do a little bit of quality control inspections here and there. It's pretty sweet.

My feet are so sore it's insane. Also, my training has gone like this: the lead leaves to do her other jobs, I'm left alone, machines fuck up, I am now standing there not able to call machine tech because the lead said not to without her say so.....so there were multiple times where I literally could do nothing but stand around for 20 min....all because the 1 other person who knows these machines is away on covid and won't be back until next weekwnd....and the lead is taking tomorrow off....which means I will be alone lmao I have only had TWO days of being on the job of which only 1/4th of the time was actually job shadowing. Tomorrow is going to be hell....at least I know how to fix a lot of the problems now thanks to the machine tech. He has been more helpful than the person who is actually supposed to teach me things

I've seen a few companies in my area that are like more popular across the country, the set up like fricken franchises, send people in from afar getting paid 3x to just sort of watch and supervise the people fumbling to figure out what to do after the store opens, store opens, the people from elsewhere leave, store starts good and then pbfbfbfbfbfbf super downhill as customers proceed to go back to where they're used to going as the bugs stack up beyond what the foreign team can handle without sending people back
One of those where at the very bottom some employees are part of the companies products to be treated as such. Earns less than what it produces.

Sounds similar to my work , Noone gives a fuck, horrible communication between management and workers n forklift drivers and us , aswell as technicians , everyone's so quick to be like thats not my job/problem and push it off on someone lower than them then nothing ever gets done
Wonder why our machines are slowly breaking down and they just ductape / bandage everything

anybody got word on cutting off nitrogen burnt tips on young plants? I used to think it didnt do anything now im not so sure
seems like it really might help the plant focus on new leaves and diverting that overflow of nitrogen is that wrong?

Lmao I would except this a big technology plant in which every little thing is tracked and monitored lol the parts I have been running today are tiny but $2000 each

Oh yeah today was awesome. It was the last day for workman studies (which I passed flawlessly) and during one of the breaks since I don't smoke nicotine I stayed in the classroom and chatted with the lady
She was telling me an instance where she got her wallet stolen from her locker and she knew who did it but couldn't prove it cos there are no cameras in the locker rooms so I told her "if that ever happens again let me know and I'll go follow them after work off propery and get it back for you" dead serious. She didn't say anything but had the look in her eyes like fuck yea will do there was other employees that stayed which is probably why she didn't say anything hahaha

Been fighting the disorientation all day I'm just really really glad no headache and the nausea is manageable. Also thank god I control my work schedule so I can just go in late stay in late whenever.
Spawned a couple mushroom containers last night while drunk, woot woot, saved the nicest cleanest looking jar for a g2g.. was thinking about doing that soon but aaaaa every time I get up I get a few minutes and then everything is all movey watery dizzy gotta sit down

I think the point of autos is that they flip mostly independent of light schedule. My autos would flip under 24/0 lighting. Other than modifying a complex system of plant hormones to override the innate hormone expression, there's not really a good way to re-veg autos.

Yeah TC requires a flow hood and proper sterile technique, as well as the right nutrients and hormones. Not exactly easy for the average hobby grower.
They already have tissue culturing services for cleansing plants of viroids, but it's expensive.

Long story short my shift manager was getting lectured ans hounded by the fucking top people of the USA sector of the company, like the VP of the USA company was there......Anyway they get to my area talking about bullshit when they started questioning him about my area, he then looked at me with those big ol "help me" eyes, so I cleared my throat and acted like I worked there for years ans answered the VP's questions which got them off his back a little

My shocks came in today but im gonna wait until tomorrow to replace them as I'm about to spend most of my day today installing stereo and speakers etc. About to be able to ROOOOCCCKKKK
