Okay, Im trying to make an edible/tincture with the maximum amount of THC per serving in my state ... 10mg.
If I have some herb that's 25% THC ...
wouldn't 4 grams of it = 1 gram (1000mg) of THC?
If I take that 4g's of herb and process it into 100ml of oil ...
wouldn't 1ml oil = 10mg THC?
I think I'm right, but would like our local android to crunch the numbers for me because ... well ... sometimes I'm a little slow

Your math is correct, but only if the % THC advertised is the actual THC content.
If this herb has been lab tested, then they've probably combined the THC and THCA content together for total THC. If you've decarbed the herb before extracting, then your math will be most accurate, but some of the THCA may convert to other compounds in minor amounts.
What this ultimately means is that you should end up with doses at or below 10mg. So you should be compliant no matter what.

All this herb was supposed to be tested in a lab and I did decarb it prior to making my oil.
Here's a pix of some of the herb I'm talking about.
It's a tad over 25% but isn't the actual herb I'm using for the oil.

Hi buddy in Canada the rule for 10 mg per edible is only for those who are legally selling it. In Canada you can make your homemade edibles as potent as possible. I don't know what state your from but odds are its the same rule.
Thinking trying edibles and was wondering if anyone has used bubble hash instead of flower to make canna-butter? Does it flavor the edibles less?

I'm thinking about getting into the business but want to do a 1 to 1 comparison between my process and the edibles they sell at the dispensary.
I'm positive that my 10mg edibles are far more potent than the ones from the dispensary, but the only way to know for sure is to make one with the same mg as theirs and try the two and see.
