Doing germination in peet pellets, how would you move the seedling to an auto pot with Hуdrоtоn (clay pellets). Would you Wait until it has a decent root development or would you mix the Hуdrоtоn with coconut coil/vermiculite mix? Then of course water from up above for the first few days. Not sure that a full pot of Hуdrоtоn would soak up the water for the roots. This is the first attempt at doing any of this.
So you're using both hydroton and coco/verm? That sounds confusing. Generally Hydroton is used by itself in a water reservoir for strictly DWC/RDWC hydroponics. And coco/verm/perlite is also used by itself in pots. Sounds like your mixing up two different techniques.
once your seedling has established a healthy root system just bury the peat pellet in the wet hydroton, the hydroton will wick moisture and nutes to the roots and the roots will start spreading and attach to the hydroton. dont know if you are manually feeding/watering or if you have an ebb n flow set up but just watch your plants leaves and they will tell you when its time to feed again. if they are drooping they need attention, if they are up and perky then they are all good.
