Anyone here invest in those? And if you're unfamiliar SPACs (Special-purpose acquisition company). Are shell companies that look for other companies to take public on the stock exchange. They only have two years to acquire a merger or the company gets liquidated. If that happens you get $10.00 back for every unit you bought minus any liquidation fees. A good example is CCIV, Churchhill Captial IV. They were trading at 10.03 on January 8th. Rumors started swirling that that are in talks with Lucid Motors to take public. Now the stock is 33.59. Nothing released from either side confirming this. But If this happens (deals can fall through with SPACs which makes them riskier) then it could be at 100.00 a share by years end once the merger is complete. If you can get on one of these before something like that happens. You can make some serious profit. SPAC Track seems like a good site to follow up on news, if the SPAC found a target, if they're in the LOI phase, etc.
oh nice man. I thought of getting into those recently. And Yeah idk about BTC. I think I missed the boat on that one a long time ago lol. But yeah there's a lot of SPACS that don't do anything and end up liquidated. Just got to do some good due diligence and you'll golden. A-Rod is staring one of his own I think will be worth 500+ billion. I'd hop on and see where it goes for name recognition alone lol.
But I'd look into Ark investments too. They have different ventures in different sectors. ARKF, ARKQ, and ARKG. ARKX is going public next month and will deal with space exploration. Lots of buzz of the lucrative potential.
