Kits are a poor choice, everything you get will be low quality. My advice if you're serous abut getting into the hobby is save up until you can afford quality components piece by piece. If you're just looking to grow a small amount of personal once, or maybe two times if you're lucky any shitty kit will work and they're all about the same.
Gorilla and Fusion Hut are probably the best tents available. If you buy a cheap one be prepared to fix light leaks. I would go with a 2x4 rather than a 2x2, so you can get a taller one. I would also avoid the kits, and just piece it together yourself.
As far as lighting, I recommend the qb 96 elite v2 engines from HLG. Two of them on an hlg-320h-54a would be a nice match for a 2x4, for around $250. You could also go with a strip build utilizing the bridgelux eb gen 2 strips, but that's a little more advanced. Don't buy the cheap blurples from amazon, either spend the money on quantum boards or stick with HID's.
