My First Autoflower Grow

Hello All,
So I am doing my first auto flower grow. She's about 2.5 weeks along and was stretching really bad so I bent her over. Is it too soon to try and start training or should I let her stretch a little. I bent the flower over and lowered the light. Just didn't know if trying to train this young was worth it.
