Photo period plants (feminized or not) require a vegetative period of around 18 hours of light at first. Then kept in 12 hours of darkness every day (no light leaks) to induce flowering. If you don't change the light schedule to 12/12 it will not flower.
Auto flowers will produce bud from the beginning, even if you give them 24 hours of light per day.
