Rule of thumb Indica will double in height where as Sativa triple in height or more after flowering induced. So it depends on how much room you have for your plants to stretch and how tall they are now and what type of cannabis or hybrid they are. Hence why its always easier to grow a clone that you have grown before.

Thank you! So that means now lol! this is how much room I have left and should I start adding this part of my nutrients right when I switch the light schedule or when I start seeing buds?

I'd flip the lights if those were mine. They will happily use what available height you have left. In your feed you will want to lower the nitrogen and boost the phosphorus for flowering. If you are you using a system of nutes from a reputable manufacturer and follow their guidelines they should be paying attention to that for you.

Umm honestly I’m not sure I always have the fan on them and that’s only thing I read that makes thicker branches stems
