I ll go for indica, mostly regular seeds as i heard that the fem/male rate is 2/1 and at least ill need two females (one to harvest and the other to get female seeds from it) and i still need to read more about soil stuff or things i am going to use as a medium...etc...
Anyways if i start on oct. The temperatures gonna be like this for the next three months according to the internet:
Oct: 82f 64f Nov: 73f 57f Dec: 66f 50f
I also live in a very dry place, so am i going to face problems? i have also read that cooler temps tend to produce females, or is it going to be too cold in nov and dec? How many seeds should i germinate, 5 or 10? Or should I just go with fem. Seeds?

No, you can grow in dry places.

No it's not to cold but when temps get into the 50s things can slow down a bit.
