no, my upper body is actually the weakest part of my body. i used to play soccer...
day 1- chest/triceps
day 2- back/biceps
day 3- legs
day 4- shoulders
day 5- day off
day 6- start over
and i do abs usually every other day

no, if you ejaculate, your testosterone drops dramatically. talk to any body builder and they will not have sex before they workout or if it's a boxer before a fight.

after working out is okay... the reason you don't do it before is because it will effect your workout, you won't get the reps and weight you should on a normal day.
i was reading about smoking weed and acne and it seems to fuck with your hormone levels as well... i need to find a more accurate source though because i have never noticed a connection between acne and smoking pot.

eh, for me my acne went away when I started smoking pot, but I'm pretty sure they were unrelated, I just finally reached the right age.
