i havent ordered seeds for about ten years but today, I did from attitude seedbank cause of there promotion next three days then after I did, i read on rollitup, that customs is snagging alot of there packages, any here used them recently that lives in midwest? success? thanks

i ordered seeds from attitude in early march, and my order was sent out on march 7. this was when they had their birthday promo going on with with 12 or 13 free seeds...
my package arrived in LA march 12, and still says the same thing, "processed through sort facility march 12." its at the los angeles ISC. ive contacted USPS twice and they cant do anything. i ordered some skywalker kush seeds and the coffee cup for guaranteed arrival. well, i still dont have anything, not even a coffee cup. ive contacted attitude twice, first they said theyd do a reship after whatever date, so i contacted them after that date, and they gave me another date, and they said if i dont get anything by april 7 then they'll do a reship. thats well over their 21 day reship thing.
and im a medical patient living in colorado, a legal marijuana state for fuck sake. i just want my god damn seeds...
so today im drivin up to denver to get some rare dankness seeds and maybe some thseeds seeds since i cant just get what i want online. i had no problem ordering from attitude when i lived in missouri, but now that im in colorado, i cant get anything.

Bad experience a few months ago with attitude, my beans got nabbed too...and the replacements a few weeks later. There's no point in ordering one of their crappy mugs or shirts either because they don't fulfill their order guarantees. I ended up paying $40 for a coffee mug and nothing else to show for it. I live in the midwest as well.

i just ran up to denver and picked up a 10 pack of Rare Dankness' "Star Killer"
i wish i could get all the DNA and Reserva Privada strains that i want... i might have to order some to a friends house in another state on the other side of the country just to get these fuckin things.
edit: i just sent attitude a message saying to forget the reship next week, i just want a refund. i'm going to try to order through gorilla seeds. not sure how to pay for something through them since they only take visa/mastercard from the UK right now... how does it work for US customers?

Gorilla was very simple. You make your order and checkout.mit will give you a total and a name to send the money to. Go to wwstern union and send money to the name given. When u get back home email them the tracking/pickup number. Good to go in a few days they will collect money and email you. Then seeds ship within a few days.
I was a little nervous but I had no problems and two buddies also ordered and got theres already!

well crap nothing positive here on attitude, i also see that even if you get the guarentee shipping they also hesitate to resolve the issue,, guess ill cross my fingers on this one.

I live on the East Coast and I ordered some Seeds from attitude maybe a month and a half to two months ago. My order arrived within a week as it usually does. I did a lot of research before I placed my order to find out where the seeds were getting nabbed by customs in the US. All the threads I came across to where seeds were nabbed were from the Midwest out to Cali.
i can at least tell you that if you're on the East Coast you're all set.

hell yea farmer joe  that definitely reassures me. i've got a friend in vermont thats letting me get my reship sent to him. might just have to order all attitude orders to his place and gorilla to mine... if those even make it out here to colorado.

from what ive read, it seems that the majority of orders from attitude that have gotten seized are the ones going through ISC CHICAGO IL (CUSTOMS). orders through San Fran. or new york havent had as much of a problem.
my order went through chicago, but i didnt use attitude

My Attitude seeds got nabbed by customs in Chicago too. But my seeds from Single Seed Centre and Sannie's Shop made it through Chicago without a problem. That's why I think they're on to Attitude, because they dont change up their packaging enough.

well fuck attitude. they just gave me a refund instead of sending a reship to me on the east coast.
so im taking my money to gorilla. just ordered a 6 pack of purple og#18. i'm sure ill make a post on here if/when i get seeds

just a update here, my order cleared SF customs in one day but now, its bounceing around citys, it even departed the same facilty twice, I think usps must have someone walking it to my post office as slow as its going, but im optimistic my order will be untouched..

i live in Kentucky,but our overseas mail goes through Chicago,I've been wanting to order bohdis and reservoir seeds out of the UK for the last couple of years,but have been reading about attitudes and seedboutiques orders getting nabbed as soon as they land in USA on quite a few other forums that are very discouraging enough for myself to not even risk since i have them shipped to my residence where i do my growing....
so I'll have to stick with www.hempdepot.com and www.peakseedsbc.com
for awhile,which is O'k by me.
i am hoping that Hempdepot will eventually carry these brands in the near future as all of my Canadian orders have all arrived safely without incident to date.

wasn't hid in the slightest
no toys either
im surprised they didn't get crushed though
everything was fine anyway
put em on wet paper towels today
say what yall will
that's the way ive always done it
I just put em in soil before they get too long--like as soon as they crack and a root comes out

The place I've seen the most intercept complaints from is the part of the country where it's legal. It may just be a case of more people ordering from there though.
I haven't found any cases where someone ordered and then was raided btw. I only ever see people complain of confiscation. If they came after you, you could easily just order seeds and have them mailed to someone you wanted to get revenge on.
So basically it's easy and relatively safe to get from over seas if you go to the right place. The sponsors should all be good.

well my seeds from gorilla are sitting at los angeles ISC... the same exact place my order from attitude got seized. so i have no idea what to think now. i have a feeling i'll get another love letter from them and no seeds.

Damn dude... I was thinking about just driving over to Colorado and picking up some seeds while I'm in the area. Is the local selection not so good, or, how easy would it be for an out-of-stater to get seeds?

the selection isnt as good as it should be in a legal state, so i have to order through seedbanks to get good breeders like DNA/Reserva Privada
you can go buy seeds at river rock north in denver. they're medical and recreational now, they carry rare dankness and MTG seeds. if you're lucky and time it right, you can get THSeeds straight from adam dunn at hoodlab on larimer in denver. sometimes he's there, sometimes hes not.
edit: just checked the tracking again and it looks like its leaving the post office in LA

Those of you who CANT order out of country because your ISC has a hard-on for opening super light packages, ehich I don't understand... There are supposedly several USA seedbanks that ship without questions. I only know of 2 holisticnursery.com and waseedbank.com, but if you are looking for selection I strongly suggest looking tward the sponsors.
These no ID us seedbanks are not easy to find.

Nice. I don't even understand why customs is looking through the packages that seeds come in. Seems like it would be a waste of time opening small envelopes and takes away from potentially stopping nuclear weapons or drug cartel shipments or something actually dangerous. I'd really like to see how these seizures happen down at customs.

im guessing you ordered from attitude, in that case, yea, it got seized, and you'll end up getting your package eventually, with a letter from USDA saying agricultural stuff was taken. if you ordered a coffee cup too, itll be broken... i had to sign for it when i picked it up at the post office. im not worried about getting charged for anything. that would be too easy to fight that in court. i doubt theyd even prosecute.

I'd Just won one of many seed contests out there. BTW I strongly suggest that anyone short on cash go enter breeder/bank contests. I actually had to stop entering contests because I was winning too much... as strange as that is to say.

ive heard a few others say theyre mugs were broken when they got them. so i dont put it past customs to be dicks to people getting seeds sent to them.
