off with her head! i got some neem oil for the mites but i didnt want to use any on this plant with it so close to being harvested. i have used it on my vegging plants.

Get you some "Ladybugs". Spidermites aren't the Ladybugs favorite food, but Ladybugs will eat the shit out of some spidermites. Fungus gnats are Ladybugs favorite food.

im going to put the styrofoam cooler in a dark room with a fan blowing away from the cooler. does that sound alrite for the drying process? any one want to take a guess at the dry weight? im guessing 28 grams.

Truth be told, I wasn't paying that much attention and I thought I was looking at 3-4 plants in a lot of the pictures. That said, nice fuckin job on training that bush!
Sucks you had to chop it but I'm betting it still produces some pretty good nugs.

i got 52 grams of bud and 2 grams of bho   
way more than i expected. if i wouldnt have taken a couple samples throughout the grow i may have hit 2 ounces. thank you everyone for the help!!!

What did you use to make that BHO? I've been thinking about doing that with my trim and some of the not-so-hot looking buds. I've heard of people using metal pipes with holes drilled in, just enough to get the tip of the butane can in there. I think I also heard PVC was a bad choice due to the plastic particles breaking off in frigid temps.
The only thing I'm stuck on is the tube part.

in the cannabis grow bible it says pvc is no good but polypropylene or polyethylene are suitable plastics to use for butane extraction. i used a 24in polypropylene tube with i think 1in diameter. two end caps made of pp. 1 with a single hole for the butane and the other cap with many holes like a shower head. also a few coffee filters over the multi hole cap. i got everything at home depot. cost like $5 to make.

Local head shop around here have 30 gram glass tubes to sell. They sell you a screen/filter to pop on too!
I havent tried it yet but have been thinking about it! Have a buddy that might help me do a small sample batch this weekend

ive been wanting to make/buy a glass extractor for awhile now but i cant find any glass tubes locally. i dont really want to pay $75-$100 on a glass extractor when there are so many things to get for my grow room.
have you ever tried bho? if not i highly recommend making that batch. the shit is amazing. the first time i tried it was about 8 months ago and i got so fucking high. borderline psychedelic. thats with a hefty tolerance too.

I've only ever made BHO with some shitty regs, I'm anxious to try it out with trim and buds. It didn't taste very good coming from bunk weed. Plus vaping my own oil would be incredibly nice.
I have smoked some good oil before though and I agree with him that you should go ahead and go for it. Done right, it's just... everything good and nothing bad.

Ive tried some shady shit my buddy made a month ago. Didnt have a good rig to smoke it with either! Im kinda stoked to try making some this weekend.... I have 3 ounces of dried mini buds and top grade trimmings to use for my bho. 
mMaking my first batch of tinture this week too!

you should get a pretty good amount of oil with that much starting material i was thinking about throwning some buds in with the trim but i didnt know if it would be worth it
ive never tried a tincture. is that like an edible high? it would be cool if you could concentrate it down to like a drop or two per dose.

Yeah the last time I tried some tinture it was in a dropper and you put a dropper full under your tounge. Great body buzz and good high for bed time!
