I have a modded console and it got leaked a few days ago.
And I need a flash drive because with the xbox 360 you need to download 8 GB of data to play it since the game is very large. I also have no HD hence the reason why I needed to buy a flash drive.

I used a private torrent site that had a pretty good seed to leech ratio. Took about 6 hours to download 16.2 gigs.

Battlefield sucks on console...if 4 is anything like 3 then pc is the way to go. I would say the same about gta but there is no pc version.
I think they will release it but not til next year or something...at which i will buy it again.
I hate xbox and play pc all the way...but i just might be hookin up my xbox on monday if i get gta...everyone says its crazy awesome.

Depending on what mod you want (JTAG/RGH or a modded "flashed" DVD drive) and also the drive type i.e. if it is samsung or Benq it can be easy. Benq and I believe Hitachi as well are the easiest drives to mod and liteon's are the "hardest" since they require extra tools. IMO the old phat white xbox's are the best since the newer ones are much harder to mod.
The pros of a flashed drive is that if your burned games are burnt right you can play online without any issues.
The pros of a JTAG/RGH is that you can just download the ISO and copy it to your xbox HD without needing to buy discs and burning. There are also more goodies you can do with a RGH/JTAG. The downside is that you can not play online or you will automatically get a console ban.
You can also pay someone to mod it (like on CL).
Xbox360ISO is a good site to learn how to mod your xbox. There are a few guides on the subject that members there have written.

Gtas one of the few games i can think of that still has cheat codes...i remember all kinds of games would have some sort of codes or something
Now its like devs dont want you to alter anything.
