Well, he got out yesterday. As it turns out, he gave an eighth to an undercover cop in a city park and was arrested about three seconds after. It seems like both charges will be reduced to misdemeanors, which is great. The downside is that he will have to stay in the county for at least another month before his court date.

Damn dude that's really good to hear,seems like a lot of bullshit to deal with over an 8th of weed though.

Yeah, it was a petty bust. I have to admit, I laughed when he called me. His first arrest was in California for an eighth, haha.

Best of luck to you. The big issues is that he is homeless and pretty much out of money. Fortunately, he is quite good at making friends and seems to be doing well. Thanks for the kind words, brother.
