Never met the guy before IRL, but hes a grower, so i wanted to showcase his photo's in case you guys might enjoy them as much as i did. they look pretty good.
he said the name of the strain is a BlimBurn Super Automatic (from his research they are ruderalis) - he wanted to know if the myth about them is true, and if so, why are they so coated in resin, and if there is any high to it at all (something like low thc and really high CBD's???)
also, he wanted some answers to his light bulb / grow box.
he claims to use a 400watt MH bulb, that he just switched over to an HPS.
from his experience growing, the hps tends to have more heat discharge, so he would like to ask, "should I water her more, since there is more heat exposure, and what the longest you should ever go without needing to water (without adverse effects). i have heard 5 - 6 days is pushing the limits, but you can go about a week if you saturate the soil they are in. is there any suggestions about light distance from the plants with an HPS bulb too? mine are roughly a foot above them. i have an intake fan blowing on them (moderately), and a desk fan blowing directly on the bulb to keep it cool. MH temp, just above the plant is maybe 75 degrees and im not sure about the HPS (it should be hotter. last question i have to ask is harvesting an auto... is it the same general signs of a normal female -yellowing leaves, resins turning orange, etc-" directly quoted from him btw. i think he said theyre like 5-6 weeks old
