This is my first grow room 
as of lighting I'm using two of these on the top 
and two 65w fluorescent on the sides
i know this is crappy but i'm wondering if its going to work
i'm using a mix soil and 18 hrs lights on and 4 hrs lights off

I don't think those bulbs will work. Get a couple more CFLs instead
What's mix soil?
How are you exchanging air?

I looked on Home Depot they had them but theirs watts were low

You need to get fresh air. Is that a closet? Is the door open?
In flowering you will have to let air in (and out) While keeping light out. So basically you need some kind of hole in the door/ walls.
For now, lower the 2 CFLs to right above the plants (1" or so), and keep the door open when possible. They are begging for light.
If that rotating fan is a tower, crack the door a little and put the fan in the crack ( ) so it pulls air in.
HD will have big CFLs, but you might want the smaller ones. The big ones get pretty hot, and are more expensive per watt. Get a four pack of 18 watt ones, that should be enough for that space. Unless I'm misinterpreting the pic.. How big is the space?
What are you planning to do for nutes? Where did the seeds come from? Plan for smell?

Just realized that those are long tube Floros and not CFLs
You can put those even closer, pretty sure they could be touching the plants

Yeah that's a closet it's about 2x2x2 it's small
I got a 26 8 16 for nutrients
I got the seeds from a friend
And for the smell I have an air filter or something like that I got it from my friend when he used to grow mushrooms and weed
I will go and get the lights tomorrow
What else should I get?!
And the temperature in the room is 85

Yeah those aren't going to work well. The 6-8 of the highest watt CFL in the 2700k range.

Ace Home Depot Walmart hardware store...pretty sure Walgreens has them.
But 2x2 isn't so small. You need 50 watts per sq ft minimum. So 200+, if you're planning to fill up that much area

Well don't buy 200$ worth of CFLs lol
To be honest, idk how you can fit them when they mature, height wise. I would get all Floros just because you can't burn the plants with them. 2ft is no good with a 1ft pot of soil.
The best advise I can give you is DON'T go to the store today. Read up on lighting and maybe check out how to make a tent. 200$ can be enough, but you have to plan what you're doing. Speaking from personal experience sadly

It will work good for veg. and if you have too it will be ok for flower too not alot of heat and whatnot but you wont yield as much as you would with a better light .

I think that's for CFLs. Floros should be 1/2 in- 1in from what I read. I deff remember logs where they were actually touching some leafs, with no burns.

they will burn the plant keep as close as you can but not touching you have to watch they grow into the light before you know it

Because they can have different needs. Some strains are way more sensitive, or have different needs than others. They can grow to different sizes and shapes, one may overshadow the other.

You can get three 4-packs of 20-something Watt CFLs and a couple Y-splitters and have your 200W plus for really cheap. The last time I was at Home Depot you could buy the four-packs for $3 or so, and you could get them in daylight 6500K and warm/cool white around 3000K.
Also, I think a bunch of smaller bulbs would be superior to a couple larger ones.

As a new grower, having tried multiple plants per pot, I concur. Individual pots is better all around.

That can't be right... There's no 3$ 4 packs of 20 watt CFLs. They're 12-16$ depending on the store.
I used 8 23 watt CFLs in flowering to supplement. I bought 2 4 packs for 35$ish, 4 y sockets+4 wall plug sockets+4 extension cords. Came out to about 50$.
I'd say it'll cost about $85-100 for 270watts (12 23 watt bulbs) of CFLs.
Which brings me to my point - get an hid light instead lol

Remember that they'll stretch 2-3 times the size that they are at the start of flowering. If you can separate the younger ones for a bit then you should, wait till they catch up.

How much do you water ? The second pic looks like you only watered just a little around the plant.?Like Hawk said they will stretch like crazy in 12/12.I think they are really good man keep us updated!
I water them every 2 days or so when the soil gets

You can if you like with the nut. About your watering U say every couple days? You water ? Do you saturate all the soil when you water? Mine are under 400 mh and in full flower and I only water maybe once a week.I think your watering to often ,but not enough water either. So next time you water make sure you water it really good,pour it slow so all the soil will soak in the goodness. After you water It should take a long to dry out for the next watering

Here's an update after 3 weeks
I added a small fan so air circulates
And I try to keep the door open

Why u leave the door open? Is that how you get fresh air in ? My very first grow thats how i vented But once the start to flower they will really stink the good stink LOL I had a hard time covering the smell with air freshers and whatnot so i finally got the right equipment .Cant smell a thing !!

Well I leave the door open and I have an ac next to the door and I leave my fan on.
It's a ghetto setup but its working..

It will work good for ya I think its good to start small then upgrade as you get more experience. Thats my goal after i get comfortable with soil I want to try hydo.

What do I do when the light doesn't go on the bottom leafs? Trim it?

I wouldn't cut anything. There are lots of ways to do what your asking without cutting!Can you train it?

Just let em be, the plant will suck nutrients out of leaves that aren't photosynthesizing any more. Once they look like shit and are getting dried up you can take them off.

get some more cfl's and also try to get an hps for flowering... also i would recommend training the plants.. when it gets to about 12 inches, bend that sucker over and let the lower shoots grow up.. and every time the top of the plant tries to grow up just tie it down again... and then when the other shoots start growing up and tgetting tall, tie THOSE mothers tdown.. i do this meathod the whole way through veg and have no need for a screen.. it can do the same thing and even better... it's very intricate work.. but worth the control...
i highly recommend training bro.. bc these plans will eventually just start stretching and the light wont get to the middle and bottom of plant.. training will allow you to keep the canopy even and you will be able to have alot of tops too! =)

look up LST... it is low stress training... you should literally start punching holes all the way around the rim of the pot and then get alot of string... first you will tie the whole plant over.. and then let the bottom branches start to grow up.. then every time a shoot comes out just tie it to the rim of the bucket.. just get a string and then cut it to about 16 inches and then wrap it around one of the higher nodes of the branch then loop it through the hole in the rim.. after you do this you will start to pull the slack through until the branch starts to tip over.. when you have it where you want it.. jsut tie the ends of the string and it will stay where you want it..
