Well the first first thing that pops out to me is that you have no idea what pH water you are giving them.  This could be causing nutrient lock out, keeping them from growing.

Get a simple pH kit from wal-mart or lowes/home depot.  Once you can determine the pH in your water you can start to narrow down what the problem might be.

Thats not it Hawk. I went to walmart and got the testing kit and ph looked pretty close to neutral if not exactly neutral.

BUT, when i went out there to check the soil, i noticed on my big plant that there was a bright white patch on my big plants stem. I thought it was mold at first, but after inspecting it more closely, i noticed little white bugs that were about the size of a flee. I tried to smush them but they started to jump off the plant and fly away. Could these bugs be the cause of the yellowing on my plants??

Either way i went out and bought some neem oil and put a heavy misting of it on my plants so hopefully that gets rid of the bugs and doesnt kill my plants

Once again, i have no pictures so i apologize for that

Sorry man didn't notice that you said you had yellowing happening from the bottom up.  That's classic N deficiency, but that shouldn't cause them to stop growing all together.

The bugs wont cause a general yellowing.  Usually you'll see portions of the plant missing, or little yellow dots.  Neem is a good shot at trying to rid yourself of them.

pH can fluctuate out of a tap.  Keep an eye on that.

Have they improved at all after the dose of N?

Well, the first day after N treatment the yellowing was still just as bad, but when i looked today before treating with neem, the yellowing seemed to be receding, and the three small plants have started to grow taller, so id say the N is working.

I didnt use much N tho so im curious as to how long i should wait before giving it another dose. I used a bonemeal powder so idk how long that will feed the plants for.

And i also have the one stunted autoflowering thats budding, so idk if i should start to give it the liquid 2-2-7 fert or just keep on supplementing with the N to get the vegetative growth right now as apozed to the flowering growth
