how is 5.5 perfect isn't good ph 6.5  there must be something i dont know

pH needs to be lower in hydro than in soil. i drop the pH to 5.5, and as the plant absorbs nutrients and drinks water, the pH starts to rise back to the original ~8.0 area. i never let it get to 6.5. after adding the beastie bloomz, the pH has stayed at 5.6 even after having to add more water to top the buckets off.

"the doctor" is a strain from green house seed company that is: Great White Shark x South Indian x Super Skunk. GHS has grow videos for most of their strains, and one for the doctor, but its the older grow video and not all professional like the newer ones. click this link, and then click "grow sessions video" underneath the picture.

the doctor is growing a lot like the great white shark in this video.

so yea, a lot of stuff and a lot of money. but you wont have to buy a new tent or reflector or ballast (for a long time) or inline fans. although, after this grow im going to get rid of the tent i have now and buy a growlab. they're shorter than the sun hut i have now.

not saying a closet won't work. i just prefer tents.

i think i might buy a grow lab thats smaller than the tent i have now. veg in the grow lab and then flower in my sun hut.

I LOVE HYDRO!!! i dont think im going to go back to growing in soil... i love the way hydro grows, and i feel like i have complete control with it. i never knew wtf was going on in soil.

not much smell on the doctor quite yet, but its over 2 feet tall at this point. taller than the greenhouse video for great white shark, which is where the doctors genetics came from. they got about 130 grams in their grow video online with GWS, so i'm hoping to get somewhere near that too. (really, id love to get over it lol)

the kush definitely smells like kush right now. not strong, but if you put your nose to the flowers ya smell dankness.
