 Weird Looking Seedling..

So I got two seedlings going right now. The 2nd one I planted is actually looking a lot better then the first (Older by about 4 days-a week). I realized I had over watered the first plant a bit recently so I had eased up on it alot. Any thoughts to why it's like this? IMO I don't think it's dying even though it doesn't look too hot...just weird looking...

Lol I am going to, I am kind of interested to see what this down syndrome plant becomes. I just been staring at it not sure what to make of it.. 
Meanwhile its younger sister is doing really healthy and growing waaaayyy faster

the top one looks like there might be a nutrient problem no?
whats wrong with the bottom one? what makes it so weird?

Nothing wrong with the bottom one. The top one has been like that since birth...Idk, I am going to do a nutrient/ph test tomorrow on both of them.
