Already these little pita are back. In January, subtropics BS. Just in the clone room. Its warn and moist in there. This is becoming an every grow problem. And I really don't like to bomb the grows.
Been reading up on them.
Any ideas or experience with to beat this pita flies?

Azamax is good also. Its organic, vegetable oil based, can be used up to day of harvest. Can be used as foliar spray and drench application. If used for foliar spray, get some cocowet to use with it.

I've heard sulphur burners work great with all kinds of pests, even spider mites, they also seem to stink to high hell.

No more White Flies and it's easy! Put foil or some CD's, anything reflective on the soil beneath the plants. White Flies hang out on the underside of the leaves, but with the bright reflection now coming from below, they can't find the bottom of the leaves, both sides are the top. so they go elsewhere. Maybe work for Spider Mites too, it is cheap (virtually free) and easy and it worked for me after neem oil H2O2, soap, and a couple bottles of some worthless stuff bought a wally world, save your money, just get a roll of aluminum foil, might be a lifetime supply.

If you pasturize your soil you kill all the eggs but keep any beneficial fungai. This is my preferred method when I would use soil.
