LOL. If you think milk is okay because it doesn't kill the animal you should take a look at the way we get that milk. Death would be better. If of course you're arguing from the point of view against harming animals.
I'm sure there's some organic milk out there where they collect the milk more humanly but I bet it costs $19.95 a gallon.

From the beginning I thought this was a joke thread. I come back and an actual discussion is taking place.
My view on this whole what's good for you vs what isn't. Is well each to their own as someone else said earlier. Yeah there's a shit ton of things that are bad for you out there and hell we all know that a lot of the meats that we can can get our hands on isn't quality stuff. Point is we only live once if you can eat a steak and still feel fucking fantastic after. Well awesome more power to ya, same goes for vegans. It's what works for YOU. This diet vs diet thing is nonsense. It's like workouts, you gotta find that sweet routine that works for you.
All I drink is water every day and have juice here and there. I keep a pretty balanced diet and I listen to what my body says it needs. To be honest I can't remember the last time I was sick (at least the past four years). I keep up with my physicals at the docs. Hell if I didn't have these motherfucking allergies I'd be in perfect condition. I never take any of those studies on dieting too seriously. I take them with a grain of salt.
On a side note looking forward to seeing SalviaNshrooms in the DOME

Well don't go that far, I've found most of this thread highly interesting. I'm a very conscious health nut myself so I think this is great talk, I just get ruffled when people try to invoke science in shitty arguments (not talking about you here necessarily, just in general).
