What triggered this one to be bad in the first place was the thought of death from the moldy mushrooms, NOT personal issues like yours.
An OOB is not a "bad trip" it's a fucking nightmare in a way. There was some good parts, mostly bad.
I feel the need to mention that I was in a graveyard when I did the OOB part of the trip, so it was quite a proper setting for what felt like was inevitable.
The whole theme of this trip was like -- Life, Death,Creation,Destruction,Beginnings,Endings.
I did get a clear vision of what businesses were like in ancient days.
I had many visions, I learned so much from the trip, it was almost as if everything was being answered to me -- which also brought the thought that this means I am going to die.
It was TMI that makes you want to kill yourself to stop hearing it before you hear it all.
All in all the result was --
I was mentally trapped for about 2 years not even wanting to go outside because things as simple as the lines on the road used to trigger that mindframe where I felt like death was inevitable whether it was being shot or car crash, etc (The actual OOB happened while in a vehicle). Mansons music helped me out of this mental lock I had myself in, I found his music by fate.
The ending results were very positive though when it is all said and done. I learned things I would not have learned without having that trip.
What else?
The only drug I do is weed now.
That isn't even a drug to me though.
Well, I need to get xanax prescribed, but other than that, I don't even like taking small shit like tylenol, but I do if I need one.

I didn't even know what one was until I told tyler about what happened that night and he told me about OOB's and I looked and was like yea, that is what it was, for sure.
OBE may be the common way to say it IDK or care really, that's what it was.

Either or, but it would still be OBE. You dont give "of" a letter in an acronym. And you need "E" for experience/ encounter

Edit: Strangely enough, when I think back on trips, I remember it from an out of body perspective. Sort of a third person birds eye thing. Almost like the original GTA games just zoomed in a lot more. When I was tripping, this didn't happen, but when I think back on trips, I can plainly see myself an all my friends sitting in the spot we were tripping, etc.

My memory isn't being reconstructed here.
I started feeling like complete shit while riding in the back of a vehicle....
So I leaned to my side, then ended up laying down.
Closed my eyes and felt something pull me from myself.
Then I start getting a feeling of floating as I feel like I am lifted really high into the air at a not so slow or fast pace.
It felt as if you had died and your soul was floating upwards feels more like being pulled or dragged.
When you get so high up there I balanced out, and had a loop in my head something along the lines of "do you really want to die now just say you do" repeating.
I didn't want to die and slowly went back down.
I felt like I was right on the verge of death and earth.
When I got put back in my body I seen so many visions of me dieing in many different ways including car wrecks, being shot, etc, I thought death was inevitable.
9 mile grave was the location.

There is better words to use, reconstruction is terrible.
Reconstruction sounds more like distortion or making things there that wasn't there.
