So not to bump a old thread for no reason, but the family that is visiting me is in town. Hung out with them away from my place today, but they're coming over tomorrow morning. Will post update in morning on what Captain DEA decides to do.

Mission accomplished! The mom didn't even have a clue what it was, and DEA dad chuckled and made a comment about adding a closed co2 system to improve my harvests.

Being exDEA, I would think that he would see a medical patient with a couple plants as way beneath his pay-grade (and all his buddy's pay, too). Usually they're sniffing out the huge 100+ plant grows, and cocaine ops and shit like that... I could see how just a couple plants would make the guy chuckle.
I know some beat cops in downtown pretty well, and they were all stoked to hear that I was finally legal when I got my card! One of em even told me of a good place to get cheap grow equipment. Haha! They all just said to make sure I'm in compliance and I'll be fine.

With emphasis on the SOME. There are a few of them. The ones I know I had to fight to get them to see me as more than just some homeless streetkid. But once I got them to realize that we were people too, they actually became tolerable.
