 3 Weeks and have tiny issue

Hi guys,
i have a plant 3 weeks old.
after 2 weeks i've touched one of the leaves and it started to become yellow, and now its all yellowish.
the weirdest part is, that the side where it became yellow, is smaller then the other side.
the other side which i didnt touch, is growing great! after reading here a few things, i found out that i need to add some fertilizers.
should i cut the yellow leaf? will it help it to come back to life? 
thanks for your help!
p.s its organic.

You can't bring a leaf that is dying back to life. But leave it on, the discoloration your seeing is the plant sucking nutrients out of it that have been stored in the leaf itself. More than likely you have some nitrogen deficiency. Although more info would help us a ton.
