Wow, for some reason i thought you lived in Austin. I guess not. I used to eat at Texas roadhouse once or twice a month. I'd get their chicken fried steak. It's flattened but is as big as a skillet, if not bigger. Plus they got that Cinnamon butter for their bread. omg, sooooooooooo good. Enjoy it!

Anddddd, so by the time I got my food I couldn't even eat it. I ate about 1/4 of the main course and gave up and brought it home haha.
One of my buddies got a blooming onion thing for us to split, then my food came with 2 sides (I got salad and chili) so after eating those (because they're hard to bring home) I had no room left for the rest of my meal hahaa.
Ah well. Epic leftovers are just as good as epic dinners. 
For anyone wanting to try it, go for it. Damn good food.

it's apples and oranges to me. I don't try to emulate their way of cooking it or anything. I use my mom's recipe which i've been eating since i was a little tyke. it was all home made. taters and gravy too. goooood shit!
