If legal and prepared right. I have eaten pig brains a few times. They were ok, but definitely overrated in general.

Never seen calf brain on a menu. I haven't seen mountain oysters either. Not sure I would try the mountain oysters though. I would eat calf brain.

I've had deer brains. By themselfs I didn't care for them.With the blueberry sauce it was eatable.

I can't eat just fat either. If a steak is properly marbled then it should have plenty of fat for flavor within the meat IMO.

My granddad drove across the country for my mums birthday and the first thing he did was stock up on meat and start cooking enough food for us to survive the next 3 winters, first thing I requested was a side of pork with enough crackling to last me a week.
