Exercise gets some people's libido going. It does for me. So does mixing saw palmetto, ginseng, and yohimbe. That gets a lot of blood flowing within 45-60 minutes.
I have had plenty of sex that lasted longer than 5 hours, but the erections rarely lasted longer than 30 minutes each. We would fill in time between with oral, food play, s&m, etc...

I don't think I could do snakeblood, at first I thought that was an otd'ish shock comment but, yea I seena youtube vid people really drink snakeblood straight from a cut on a snake, eat the hearts, drink the veenoms.
I barely exercise, my exercise is a walk out about 15 ft to my mailbox, that could be part of my problem.
