Best time of day to leach soil?

I'm wondering what the most beneficial part of the day/night cycle to leach is, any input would be much appreciated.

So far the poll says it. Do it directly after the lights turn on. If your in flowering, unless you have a green light, do NOT go in there and start flushing. You always want to keep the dark period dark during flowering. You can ruin a crop if you don't do it properly.
