hey all, so its my first grow using bag seeds i didnt even think would sprout. at least one is a purple kush and two some thai strain but im not sure what really. So ive transplanted them once since seedling into some fairly small sized pots, i think like 6" x 6"...and theyre gettin pretty big now i think. Theyve only been under 2 6500k and 2 2700k CFLs rated at 3x26w and 1x30 for a total of 108 real watts. ive been feeding every 3 waterings (which i now water every other day) with miracle grow water soluble plant food and it seems to work pretty well, no burning as i can tell at all.
NOW
Im thinkin theyre gettin pretty big and want to flower them, should i transplant them into larger pots and then immediately flower them? or should i transplant and then wait a few days... i read that you should do a sort of flush to get all the vegging nutes out before you start feeding it flowering nutes as well. I need a good, cheap flowering nutrient that i can buy at a regular store (canadian tire, home depot, home hardware, wallmart and one random greenhouse/plant store are in my area not much else) or possibly make at home from the ingredients i can buy from the stores. ive read about teas but im not sure where icould buy the guano and kelp meal etc for it all? its gonna be a real task gettin proper nutes for this grow both finding a local store and i kinda cant afford it right now....so i want to possibly make a good homemade one or maybe some stuff i can pick up at the gardening store i can mix up and feed my babies. i also plan on adding at least 3 more lights when i kick them into flowering and switching all the blubs to 2700k and 3500k spectrum, hopefully comingu p to at LEAST 182 real watts (i already have the equiptment for the added 3 lights, i could always get more if you think its worth it.

well im using CFLs still for flowering but i currently have 2 6500k lights, 1x3500k light and 1x2700k light. when i put them into flowering i think ill do 4x2700k and 3x3500k. and i use use the miracle grow singles, just pour half a packet into 4L of water and BAM instant plant food lol. its 24-8-16. Oh and when i transplanted into the first pots i used some miracle grow quick start which said was good for root growth (4-12-4)

im doing a grow using CFLS as we speak...its 2 1/2 months old and its been in flowering for 1 month and 3 days and its doing great! im using 7 2700k 26s for flowering and it seems to work just fine...you need to get some pure blend pro nuitruents..its fairly cheap, about 20$ for a 3pack at your local hydroponics store. but either way man your plant looks great to me. Keep it up!
