Sorry to hear your misfortune!
Smoke a bowl and calm down now. 
Not sure there is a good way out of it, just go to court and pay your fines. Maybe try to talk to a magistrate and tell him it was your first time(hopefully this is your first DWI) and that it was a dumb idea? Worth a shot.

i did- had to smoke a fatty! 
kinda freaked out once i got home- never had one before
had to wait though cant look like a sissy in the county jail..
i didnt blow or give blood and if i get in a drubg alcohol class that
should look pretty good on my part.
i dont want probation-- i hate drinkin certo!!!

Out here in AZ they are BITCHES even about teh first offense.
Mandatory breathalyzer installed in your vehicle (which you are responsible for buying), car won't start unless you blow under the limit, alcohol counseling session, victims panel, mega $$$$.

Stupid is as stupid does. I think we are far too lenient on our drunk drivers. A slap on the wrist and a fine?! I constantly hear news stories about people getting their 8th or 12th or 22nd DUI. These people should have been weeded out by the natural selection process years ago.

Seriously. Drunk driving is just a terrible decision.
I can speak from experience, having gotten one about 6 or 7 years ago (yeah, yeah I'm old). I was PISSED OFF that night, but after I sobered up I got in touch with the officer to thank him. I was plastered that night, driving with one eye open so that I only saw one lane instead of three, and I could have easily killed someone.
Its the one time I can recall actually feeling gratitude toward LEO.

180 days no licenses and court since i didnt blow or give specimens. ive got a great lawyer so im sure i can beat it with a speeding ticket, cause thats the only thing they have proof of and the officers sense of smell... or just community service and a shit load of fines. SHIT LOAD!

i like alcohol, and.... thats it. not much else to say, i wasnt a danger to anyone at the time so i feel fine- i know there have been times that i really shouldnt even have been near a car let alone drive it, but a time like that is way different than when you get pulled over because the computer chip in your dash board goes out so your speedometer goes out and you would normally get a speeding ticket for being pulled over but i had beer on my breath.

I'm not really bein judgmental, just sayin use your fuckin noodle yo. Even drivin tipsy is a no-no. Cops are dicks and they are always right around the corner waitin to catch you with your pants down so they can butt-fuck the shit outta you. I have too many friends that have DUI's and a few of them have actually died from drivin drunk. It's just a REALLY poor choice, like smokin meffs.

Didn't blow as in refused to blow in the breathalyzer, not
Blood sample is the more accurate BAC test, and can be requested instead of a mobile breathalyzer to help lower your chances of being totally ass fucked.
She didn't say she drove DRUNK, she just refused to take the test, so my question once again is, HOW IS THIS EVEN A DUI IF YOU DIDN'T TAKE THE TEST!?!?

Yeah, she should be able to argue againist the charge of DWI. Did she take the sobierty test? (ya know, the one with "walk the line" test).
And the phrase "give blood" I only here when referring to donating blood, not giving a sample for testing. Hence, the confusion.
But she did respond to Homosapian as saying "uh-thats what I do" when he asked "WHY were you driving drunk?". But yeah, I want to know how the cop made the call on her drunkness.

I got a DUI when I was 19 and didn't get a lawyer shit was cake.

I wouldn't say I am the man haha, I just learn from (most) of my mistakes.
It just seems that DUIs usually have certain penalty that they give most people so lawyers just make the cost double or whatever. I dunno though I'm no lawyer, but if I was I would want you all to come pay me to do nothing/something.

he ran head on into a car with a father, mother, and two daughters.
the father and oldest daughter are dead and last i heard the other two were in critical condition.
