tonight we are having chicken nuggets and some pasta w/alfredo sauce
'tis the adult version of mac~n~cheese
I was at the grocery store the other day
and found some pork tenderloin for $1.88 a pound
but you had to buy the whole 11lb tenderloin
11 pounds of meat for $20 
I cut it into 2 big roasts and several steaks

I couldn't believe the size of that piece of meat when I first saw it 
It was almost as long as the bottom of my fridge 
it was the only one left and I couldn't just leave it there all by its lonesome

Yeah, I would've definitely grabbed it too. Eleven pounds of pork for 20 bucks isn't a bad deal. You could sell that bitch by the slice and make some money off of it

I don't like fried chicken. Instead I will be eating mushroom flavored udon with dried morels, oysters, porcini, ivory portabellos, mmmmmmmmmm, it's still too early to be thinking about!

I've been fasting for the past 5 days, and I've got 9 more to go.
No food for me. No herb either. Total body cleanse for 14 days...this one is supposed to be the hardest, so the rest of the time should be a breeze.

I had 15 cent chicken wings at a new place with 50 flavors! 
I had taco, char-grilled honey bbq and bacon ranch. Bacon ranch was DEFINITELY the best...but the honey bbq were good too. Taco...meh. Didn't really taste like a taco.

You've got to stay hydrated; if you're doing a long term fast like mine, you need a source of calories/minerals like juice or the like.
I'm actually doing a very well known cleanse called The Master Cleanser, so I drink a gallon of this concoction every day. In every quart it has 2 tbsp. of fresh squeezed lemon juice, 2 tbsp of grade B maple syrup, and 1/10 of a tsp. of cayenne pepper. Its actually incredible how good I feel, high energy, very mild urge to eat.

Crazy, I just went 3 days w/out eating a bite, then ate a huuuuge dinner last night and this morning was hell, I didn't sleep last night and my stomach feels like I could die... bad idea.

Yep, after a few days, all of the digestive enzymes and beneficial bacteria are pretty much gone from you GI tract, so putting food in there in that state can make you very sick.
If I ate anything right now, I would be sick for a week or more because it would all just be rotting and fermenting in my stomach.
