Your dog is wise.

I did the best I could man, with what info I had to work with sorry I couldn't do better.

There are others here who could help tho, I'm sure.

They are just hiding and busy with RL.

just a jiffy cube or something i guess. but i remember seeing one that was really orange looking. maybe just some of them are like that

Yeah thats what I figure. I'm not nearly as impatient as I used to be about seeing results. So I'm thinking 5 months is a good timeframe. If I dont make it oh well. But I'm going to be working my ass off trying to make myself way healthier.

Stop! Bought a new pair of assics since the old pair have been missing since September. Went for a run, and fuck me! Granted it was below zero and I was wearing a wife beater and shorts. Need to join the college gym.

You really want to be around the kind of pricks that go to college gyms? That's where most college athletes go.

It's free here too, but just jackasses from the Basketball team and wrestling team go in there. Very mouthy, very stupid.

No one knows where Trip is starting from.  He said he only wanted to shed bout 40 lbs.

That being said 5 months can be enough time if he dedicates himself.

Hey Trip,
You can feasibly accomplish this goal in 5 or 6 months man. A strict diet and workout routine is all you need. Be consistent with your meals as they coincide with your workouts. Stick with a good routine and it'll work.

Good luck to you

Trip- as someone else said, with abs, dont jump into it too heavy. I made that mistake and now im nursing an abdominal strain and im actually in pretty good shape

Im 5'9'', 140lbs, with the goal of getting up to 150-160. So far managed to put on 12lbs in just under 2 weeks

I do 2 days in the gym for every 1 day off and so far its been going great. I mainly focus on incline treadmill for building calves and thighs, along with all the other upper body workouts

Best of luck to you in losing weight. It's much easier to lose weight than to gain it. Plus I love the natural high I get from working out. No other feeling like it

Yeah I actually dont think I need to shed 40 lbs anymore more like 25, but dont hold me to that. I weighed myself at the gym and it said 200.5, it was one of those doctors scales. But I dont know if it was accurate....I think I weigh more than 200.5

Those scales are used in doctors offices for a reason.  They are more accurate than a digital scale...

If you wanna lose weight, pick up a drug addiction

No but seriously, I was 160 and bulky and then drugs basically caused me to stop eating so much.  Plus I can't really stomach anything unless I'm stoned.  Now I weigh 150 and am trying to gain any way I can but I just stay here.  What you eat has everything to do with it.  I NEVER eat fried or fast food.

Stop drinking so much BEER!  My brother was in real good shape his whole life and as soon as he switched from cocktails over to beer, he got a belly.  They just go hand in hand man.  Good luck!

Ummm not really man.  My brother is just like me, he eats really healthy actually.  Beer makes you fat.  Everyone in my family eats healthy yet only the beer drinkers are overweight.

But I believe that may be a contributing factor for most people.

Nice!  It will be worth it to have good genetics.  I'll never go back to anything less.  They germinate better, grow faster and more uniformly.  More adept to grow indoors, etc...

you guys are silly... losing weight is very very easy... its losing the fat that is fucking hard , so gl... i give you 2-3 years before you can get a 6pac , that is..if you workout 3 times a week.

HOMO,

Since you're full of positive information....I would like to hear what you think one would need to do to achieve such goals.

Another quick question :

you "stated" losing body fat is fucking hard. Aside from water weight what type of "body weight" is EASY to lose.

Please clue me in on this...as I'm in the gym 7 days a week and could benefit from your seemingly vast knowledge of weight loss.

Muscle is very easy to lose, but not a healthy way to lose weight at all

Sometimes when I drink coffee without eating in the morning. I can lose a good couple of pounds in a few minutes.

Well, just got done working out tonight doing my ab routine. I thought I would update you guys. I've lost 7lbs so far but gained 3 back. Not a big deal to me as long as I'm losing weight still. My diet isnt that hard to stick to because I love fruits and veggies and stuff. Here is my ab workout from youtube. This guy is actually pretty funny while being informative at the same time.

lol so true.

I'm pretty much right on, but I used to be bigger and stronger and am trying to gain weight so I can bulk up some more.

I've been eating as much as my body can handle lately and seem to only gain about a lb a week.

After that. Getting a sweet suit! Like mine. I tried on the nicest suit ever when I was in the shop. I wish I could have made a gypsie cry, with the knowledge he'd never look as well as I do in this thing. Fuckin Gypos.
