That's a no go.

Why would you want to have a water cooled reflector.

And you said you were broke. Do you have $150 to get your rez and pump and lines all hooked up too?

C'mon man think logical. The econowing will be fine, you just have slightly less reflection and no way of attaching ducting, but you dont NEED to cool it.

Just focus on your ventilation, that's where, if anywhere you are gonna wanna drop the dollas.

Soil and Nutes are also important.

I would suggest FFOF, if you can afford it.

If you are looking for some GREAT nutes, I've been using Neptunes Harvest - Fish and Seaweed for like 7 or 8 years and I swear by the stuff.

I use it right through flowering. Enough to last a few grows will only cost ya about 10 bucks online...

lol that site said it was 28 but looking at it further I discovered that it was 250. :facepalm:

. How much heat does a 400 watt hps produce? I think I'm just going to use a fan to push the heat out.

You should just spend 30 bucks on lumber and build yourself a little growbox. Waaaaaaay cheaper than a grow tent.

2x2x4 and it cost me 30 bucks. I gotta finish it tonight or tomorrow when I have more motivation.

You are going to need to at least spend 20 bucks on a good fan. It will get out of control hot real fast. It surprised me how hot they get.

But yeah, you can grow more than 1-2... Look what I can do with 2'x2' and a 150w

What type of fan should I get? And that box is a good idea, did you paint the walls white? And how is the light leakage on that bad boy?

No light leak! I'm going to paint it. The current box is all white, walls ceiling and floor. It really works great!!!!

If there is a PC store anywhere in your town that would be the place but look online if you dont.

I got this fan, its a 38mm thick! It's called the Ultra Kaze and it's fucking amazing. Keeps my box 2-3 degrees above room temp! I love it.

Like a computer store?? Do you know the name of your fan? And do you think a pc fan will move enough air to keep the box cool inside my house. I'm going to be using a 400 watt light.

One is fine for me but you will probably need 2 for your light. it was $15 but WELL worth it if you ask me.

i use a 400w light too, same ballast u won, and haven't needed to cool the place too much. I had good results just using a couple of fans to move the air around. Im soo envious that you won that ballast man. happy fuckin new year! :lol:

Yeah man its a pretty sweet win, I'm not gonna lie I'm looking forward to getting it (tomorrow hopefully). I might do Hempy Buckets, I think Coda is drawing me up some plans. But mainly I'm worried about heat from the light, I'm glad that you only use a couple fans. Do you use an air cooled light? What type of reflector do you use? Anyone ever gone the Hempy Bucket route? if so how were the results?

I've only seen coda's and that was an autoflower strain. I also know that you have done it but I never saw a finished product.
